Certificates issued by the FGIS for malting barley destined to be used in the manufacture of beer aged in vats containing beechwood shall be officially recognised by the Commission under the administrative cooperation procedure as provided for in Articles 63, 64 and 65 of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.
