The product under review is tube and pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, originating in Malaysia (the product concerned), currently falling within CN codes ex73079311, ex73079319, ex73079930 and ex73079990.

The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 964/2003 on imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, falling within CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931199), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931999), ex73079930 (TARIC code 7307993098) and ex73079990 (TARIC code 7307999098) and originating in the People’s Republic of China is hereby extended to imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes falling within CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931195), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931995), ex73079930 (TARIC code 7307993095) and ex73079990 (TARIC code 7307999095) consigned from the Philippines, whether declared as originating in the Philippines or not.

The product concerned by the alleged circumvention is tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently classifiable within CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931193), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931993), ex73079930 (TARIC code 7307993093) and ex73079990 (TARIC code 7307999093).
12. The product concerned subject to the interim reviews is the same as the product concerned in the previous investigations, i.e. certain tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes (product concerned or tube or pipe fittings), originating in Thailand.
13. The product concerned by the alleged circumvention is, as defined in the original investigation, tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings) of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently classifiable within CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931195), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931995), ex73079930 (TARIC code 7307993095) and ex73079990 (TARIC code 7307999095), originating in the PRC.
14. The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, normally declared within CN codes 73079311, 73079319, 73079930 and 73079990 and originating in Taiwan and Vietnam is hereby terminated.
15. The product concerned is, as defined in the investigation which led to the imposition of the existing measures, certain tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609.6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, originating in Thailand (the ‘product concerned’), normally declared within CN codes ex73079311, ex73079319, ex73079930 and ex73079990.
