5. The denunciation shall take effect 12 months after the receipt of the instrument of denunciation.
6. Denunciation shall take effect fifteen months after the date of receipt by the Secretary-General of the notification of denunciation.

14. Denunciation shall take effect three years after the end of the year in which it has been notified.
15. (Acquired rights) The denunciation shall not affect any rights acquired in a variety by reason of this Convention or any earlier Act prior to the date on which the denunciation becomes effective.
