Indicate whether the child is married, an invalid, deceased (date of death), or a student. A copy of a certificate of full time education should be attached for each child being a student between the ages of 16 and 23 in the case of a female and the ages of 16 and 25 in the case of a male for the purposes of Cypriot institutions.
