1. The following results refer to growing season mean values and apply to all countries sharing the type
2. Parameter values are expressed in μg/l as the 90 %ile value calculated over the defined growing season in a six year period.

7. Any period of grace for disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing diuron allowed by Member States, should be limited to a period no longer than 12 months to allow existing stocks to be used in no more than one further growing season.
8. The Northern Irish climate, characterised by an annual rainfall evenly distributed throughout the year and a relatively narrow annual temperature range promotes a relatively long grass-growing season ranging from 270 days per year in the coastal area to the east to around 260 days per year in the central lowlands where land is actively managed and farmed.
9. This Decision applies on an individual basis and subject to the conditions set out in Articles 4, 5 and 6 to cattle farms where the crop rotation includes more than 70 % of particularly nitrogen consuming crops, with a long growing season.
10. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing carbosulfan should be limited to 12 months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
11. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing dichlorvos, should be limited to twelve months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
12. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing malathion should be limited to 12 months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
13. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing carbaryl, should be limited to twelve months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
14. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing diazinon, should be limited to 12 months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
15. Any period of grace granted by a Member State for the disposal, storage, placing on the market and use of existing stocks of plant protection products containing thiodicarb, should be limited to 12 months in order to allow existing stocks to be used in one further growing season.
