If the original of the application for legal aid is received at the Registry of the Tribunal within a period of 10 days after the lodgement of that application by fax or email, the date of the lodgement by fax or email will be taken into account in the suspension of the time limit for bringing an action.

The competent customs office shall, upon lodgement of the exit summary declaration, carry out appropriate risk based controls, primarily for safety and security purposes, prior to release of the goods for exit from the Community, within a period corresponding to that between the deadline for lodgement of the declaration laid down in Article 592b for the particular type of traffic and the loading or departure of the goods.
8. Starting from 1 July 2009, the lodgement of a paper-based export customs declaration is allowed only where the computerised system of the customs authorities is not functioning or where the electronic application of the person lodging the declaration is not functioning.
9. At the written request of the titular holder, certificates or extracts thereof, with a 10 month validity period, applied for between 8 July and 7 November 2008, in compliance with point (a) of Article 33 or Article 38a of Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005, which have been returned to the issuing authority before the day of the entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 45 of Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005, shall be reissued in respect of the unused amounts remaining on the refund certificates upon the lodgement of the related security to the issuing authority.
