    7. According to the motor vehicle framework, the ‘regional handicap ratio’ resulting from the CBA is therefore reduced by one percentage point (‘high’ impact on competition for an investment project in an Article 87(3)(a) region), resulting in a final ratio of 59,49% gge, which is lower than the regional ceiling of 50% nge for large enterprises in Calabria (which, for the project under scrutiny, corresponds to 73,83% gge) and, a fortiori, for SMEs.

Poland submitted an application on 5 February 2010 to mobilise the EGF in respect of redundancies in two enterprises operating in NACE Revision 2 Division 29 (manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers) in the NUTS II region of Wielkopolskie (PL41) and supplemented it with additional information up to 6 July 2010. This application complies with the requirements for determining the financial contributions as laid down in Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006.
    10. By letters dated 16 December 2002, registered by the Commission on 18 December (A/39321), and 20 December 2002, registered on 31 December (A/39483), the Italian authorities notified, pursuant to Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, an aid scheme planned by the Region of Piedmont for the extension of the network of service stations for the sale of natural gas used as motor fuel.
