Consequently it is confirmed that, since an EOU is explicitly not required by the Indian EXIM policy to record the nexus between input materials and the resultant product, no effective control mechanism was set up by the GOI to determine which inputs were consumed in export production and in what amounts.

Consequently, the investigation has established that the SEZ is explicitly not required by the legal rules and provisions for SEZS to record nexus between imported materials and the finished product and no effective control mechanism was set up by the GOI to determine which inputs were consumed in export production and in what amounts.
