For the purposes of determining any overshoot in the limited area for durum wheat eligible for the supplement to the area payment laid down in Article 105(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the competent authorities of the Member States shall take account of the sum of the areas covered by applications for the supplement to area payments in respect of durum wheat, adjusted in accordance with Article 59(2) of this Regulation and, where applicable, reduced in accordance with Article 102 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003.
