- For the sake of clarity and in the interest of a better quotas management it is therefore necessary to provide that, in order to benefit from the said autonomous tariff quotas, the exact quantity of the products imported must be entered in ‘Box 41: Supplementary units’ of the declaration for release for free circulation using the measurement unit of the quota amount set out for those products in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 2505/96.
- In order to benefit from the supplementary premium or the goat premium, a farmer whose holding has at least 50 % but less than 100 % of its area used for agriculture situated in areas referred to in Article 114(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 or in areas listed in Annex X to this Regulation, shall submit a declaration or declarations indicating the location of his land, in accordance paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article:
