1. Supplementary benefit schemes for self-employed persons in craft-trade, industrial or commercial occupations or the liberal professions, supplementary old-age insurance schemes for self-employed persons in the liberal professions, supplementary insurance schemes for self-employed persons in the liberal professions covering invalidity or death, and supplementary old-age benefit schemes for contracted medical practitioners and auxiliaries, as referred to respectively in Articles L.615-20, L.644-1, L.644-2, L.645-1 and L.723-14 of the Social Security Code.
2. If they wish, those countries should be able, depending on budgetary considerations or political priorities, to take part in the Programme or benefit from a more limited formula for cooperation, on the basis of supplementary appropriations and specific procedures to be agreed between the parties concerned.
3. The other European countries which are parties to the Council of Europe Convention on Transfrontier Television are an integral part of the European audiovisual area and should therefore be enabled, if they wish and taking into account budgetary considerations or priorities of their audiovisual industries, to participate in this programme or benefit under a more limited cooperation formula on the basis of supplementary appropriations and specific arrangements in accordance with conditions to be laid down in the agreements between the parties concerned.
4. For the sake of clarity and in the interest of a better quotas management it is therefore necessary to provide that, in order to benefit from the said autonomous tariff quotas, the exact quantity of the products imported must be entered in ‘Box 41: Supplementary units’ of the declaration for release for free circulation using the measurement unit of the quota amount set out for those products in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 2505/96.
5. In order to benefit from the supplementary premium or the goat premium, a farmer whose holding has at least 50 % but less than 100 % of its area used for agriculture situated in areas referred to in Article 114(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 or in areas listed in Annex X to this Regulation, shall submit a declaration or declarations indicating the location of his land, in accordance paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article:
